Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She is also a coach as well as trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman who has ever won the CrossFit Games two times. Annie was second in both the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. Her other achievements includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie was brought up through her mother and father living in Reykjavik Iceland. Being a sports and exercising enthusiast since at an early age, Annie participated in numerous school competitions and won several medals. She participated for the first time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games held in California in which she performed extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir was aged 31 (by the year 2021). She is 5'7 tall and her weight approximately 67 kilograms. Annie began CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Annie did very well in her first competitions and finished in the top 10. She was not able to claim any titles and ended up 11th in the final ranking. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Coach Jami Tikannen coached her to the second position in the CrossFit Games, and a medal of silver in that year. After a year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment brought her the honor of being named. In 2012, Annie also won the CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She became the first woman athlete who has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. A silver medal was won in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded a Bronze medal at the CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie's rise in popularity as an athlete has made her the model for a variety of sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Her own Youtube channel named "Annie" and has more than a thousand viewers. It is the channel the channel where she posts videos on training diet, family life as well as travel.
